Sunday Morning Following Elevated Meditation Each Month


@ 10:00am - 11:00am MST 


Join us for for a lifted yoga session each month.  This yoga session is timed to follow-up our monthly Zoom elevated meditation. During each session, we will explore our partnership with this sacred plant in the experience of yoga. Sessions will include breath work, mindful partaking of cannabis (optional), teachings and bodywork. We will be meeting at 10:00 am MST the second Sunday of every month. Bring your favorite strain or ingest an edible prior to the start to enjoy the benefits of lifted yoga.
